And for the good news

Indy up 2-0 through five, and Rudy Owens has a no-hitter thus far. The Indians chased Cueto in the fourth inning after some shoddy fielding by the Bats. One really has to pitch well for the Indians to win, as they really really don't hit very well. Well it's not so bad. They have a team batting average of 0.251. But Norfolk has  a team batting average of 0.182. As you can see, I like to be creative in my filler.

I guess looking at their team batting average.. the no-no thus far isn’t that impressive?

Norfolk?

Louisville actually has some pretty good “bats” in that lineup – Frazier, Alonso, Mesoraco and Hermida are all guys who can hit AAA pitching, regardless of their averages today. Nice effort by Rudy.

The Tides

My hometown team. Off to a terrible start. I go to four games a year, when Indianapolis is in town. But, this year I’ll be in Florida early May celebrating Mom’s 95th b’day! Mayb will be able to catch a Marauders game.

Also

a 9:4 GO:FO ratio. Which is encouraging if he’s not going to K 7+/9
