Frank McCourt held a press conference in which he vowed to fight for control of his piggy bank . . . er, baseball team and called MLB's actions un-American.  In addition,

He asked Dodgers fans and the Los Angeles community for a second chance, insisting that his proposed deal will benefit the Dodgers directly, rather than his personal funds.

The man is a PR genius.  I hope he and Jamie never leave baseball.
