I keep reading national articles about Morton that state he can't keep up this success and they cite the fact that there is no pitcher with comparable statistics. For reference:

http://insider.espn.go.com/sports/fantasy/blog?name=karabell_eric_baseball&id=6566249
Really? I don't buy this. They cite so/bb ratio and whip as if this are the only stats to look at. However, if you look at Opp OPS and Opp SLG Charlie is in the top 10 in the NL in both. Other examples of pitchers with less than desirable K/BB ratio, but excellent Opp OPS & Opp SLG in 2010 are as follows:
http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/stats/_/id/28855/clay-buchholz
http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/stats/_/id/28950/hiroki-kuroda
http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/stats/_/id/6311/cj-wilson
I would be thrilled if Charlie turns out to be as good as these 3. Am I totally off base in citing these pitchers as comparable to Morton?
