I've never heard of Derrick Goold-- It seems he's some kind of baseball writer for a St. Louis newpaper, or an official blogger à la Bob Smizik, but his article on the proposed MLB realignment is very interesting. There's been a lot of talk about the potential 15-team-league scheme recently, with all sorts of arguments coming from both sides of the debate, but Goold's take is pretty unique, and, in my opinion, insightful.
