Joe Starkey, meanwhile, wants to move the Pirates to the American League, which is possibly the worst idea I've ever heard. I'm not a fan of the idea of moving the Bucs to the NL East, either, but at least a lot of the reasoning behind that idea (that the Phillies, in particular, are a great draw) is sound.
