Do the Pirates already have a legitimate top of the rotation guy already on their staff?

Just read through Jim Bowden's GM blog on ESPN and he thought Hanrahan could be a top of the rotation guy. He was a starter at one point in his career, but struggled with control and command of his pitches. Would it be worth the risk to throw Hanrahan back into a starters role? If, and this is a big if, Evan Meek can return to his 2010 form, would you like to see the Hammer in the rotation as opposed to closing games. I for one think this could be worth the risk next season. I would not do it now, but with a full off seasons preparation and a decent option on the back end I think Hanrahan could possibly develop into a Chris Carpenter type top of the rotation starter that the Bucs could lean on until Taillon and some of the other young arms arrive at the big league level.
