Aside from how stupid it is to only look at a teams record except when they play one, specific bad team Law just ignores the quality wins this team has put together. The Pirates are 15-6 (+27 RD) against the Tigers, Reds, Cards, BoSox, Phillies and D-Backs who are a combined 54 games over .500. They are 45-36 against all non-Milwaukee teams. That .556 Winning % would make them the 5th best team in baseball and put them atop any non-Eastern division. These numbers aren't new to most on here but I was annoyed to see Law so dismissive of the Pirates moderate success.
