Brett Pill, 1B, San Francisco Giants: In the hitter-friendly PCL, Pill -- who will turn 27 next month -- was the first pro hitter to reach 100 RBIs this season. He's hit .312 with 24 homers. Unfortunately, the Giants don't really have any room for him at first base, so he will be a bench bat at best.
It seems he's played in a hitter friendly league, he's old for AAA, and he bats right.
He is, however, blocked by Brandon Belt. I'm curious if he's a guy that could be had on the cheap during the winter meetings, or for those that would have a better feel for this kind of stuff, is he a non-tender candidate?
