We are finally going to have our leadoff hitter and tablesetter back in our lineup! According to Rob Biertempfel

LF
Jose Tabata (quad) is en route to the airport, will resume rehab assignment w/ Triple-A Indy tomorrow.
And Rotoworld:
Jose Tabata (quad) is scheduled to resume his minor league rehab assignment Saturday with Triple-A Indianapolis.
Tabata was pulled from his rehab assignment a little over two weeks ago after feeling more tightness in his left quad. He'll likely have to make it through several games in the minors before the
Pirates consider activating him from the disabled list.
I'm thinking he should be back in Pittsburgh no later than next Friday!!! Which happens to be his 23rd birthday. He should only need 3-6 games in INDY(remember it hasn't been that long since he has seen live pitching...He played in bradenton on the 13, 14, 19, 20 of July). Can't wait to see what are lineup will look like with speed at the top and thunder in the middle! Basic losing will be OVER!!!
