Is it at last time to tell the rest of the world about Tim Nevertt's depth perception
Or should we keep that to ourselves?
Jose Tabata is the truth
The following is a list of everything Darren McFadden is bad at: 1) Giving birth. End of list.
I’ve never met him in person, but he interviewed me a couple years ago for a Fangraphs podcast and we ended up talking for a couple hours. We also exchange emails from time to time. We have a lot in common.

I’d say I’m friends with that guy, too, but I don’t want to name-drop.

My preference
Is Greg Brown on play by play. My favorite color man is John Wiener..i prefer that team working together when I’m watching the game, although it seems like they rarely do (I could be wrong)….I like Bob Walk, but he seems to talk over the play by play man to often no matter who it is..Steve Blass, God bless him, great guy, but I can barely listen to him anymore..Nevritt sucks.
Broadcasters
I think that Neverett does a very good job. He knows the game and always plays it straight when he describes the action. And he’s got a classic baseball broadcaster’s voice. Brown is OK, but he’s slightly nuts, and his kidding around with the other broadcasters can seem mean-spirited. It is a pleasure to listen to Walk’s analysis, and the same goes for Wehner—-although Wehner adds nothing beyond his intimate knowledge of the players who have passed through the Pirates’ system. Blass is great because he seems like a terrific guy and because he reminds me of the days when it was fun to root for the Pirates.
