Starling Marte and Jeff Locke were included among the International League's top 20 prospects, as selected by Baseball America
BA named outfielder Starling Marte the number two prospect in the International League and left-hander Jeff Locke number nine. It was an extremely weak year for the league, prospect-wise. The number 10 and 11 prospects were the disappointing Tim Beckham and Jose Iglesias, for instance.
