Welcome to the season wrap-up of the 2012 Guess the Score game.
Update:
Da Wolf at the Door correctly guessed the Braves score yesterday to win his third weekly series of the season. He was the only scorer for the week, so there are no awards for second or third place.
Second Half Awards:
Highest Weekly Score: BadAndy scored ten points during week 17.
Most Weekly Wins: Pittsburgh Slim, God Loves, and BobDH share this award with three wins each.
Most Second Half Points: BobDH edged God Loves by 2 points (37 to 35) for the win. Pittsburgh Slim (30 points) edged Turner Ward Hits the Wall and Da Wolf at the Door (28 points each) for third place. Later in the post are the Second Half Standings for players scoring ten or more points.
Overall Awards:
Highest Weekly Score: Green Wave scored 16 points during week 10. GermanBucco scored 11 points the same week for second and BadAndy scored 10 of his season total 12 points, during week 17, for third place.
Most Weekly Wins: BobDH edged God Loves five wins to four for the award. Turner Ward Hits the Wall, Da Wolf at the Door, and pittbluedevil tied for third with three wins.
Overall Points: God Loves dominated the overall standings with 93 points, finishing 17 points ahead of the nearest challenger. BobDH claims second place with 76 points and Green Wave and pittbluedevil tied for third with 46 points.
The game certainly added some interest during the later stages of the season and I would like to thank all who played for making this happen.
