Would this three team trade work?

Hey guys, with all the speculation about Justin Upton being moved I came up with this proposed deal:

Pit Gets:

Justin Upton(ARI)- OF 3 year/38.5(not counting Arizona picks up 2 mill each in last two years)

AJ Jimenez(TOR)- C Prospect

Ariz Gets:

Brett Lawrie(TOR)- 3B Pre-ARB

Yunel Escobar(TOR)- SS 1 year 5 mill with two team options for 5 mill

Tor Gets:

Jmac(PIT)- SP Pre-ARB

Alex Presley(PIT)- OF Pre-ARB

Pat Corbin(ARI)- SP Pre-ARB

Cliff Pennington(ARI)- SS Pre-ARB

Jared Hughes(PIT)- RP Pre-ARB

Ok, so not a high chance of happening. But this really does work out for all teams. Upton, Marte, and Cutch is a hell of an outfield with Tabata/Snider as 4th OF's. Also get a nice catcher in Jimenez who is blocked. Arizona solves the left side of their infield, getting Escobar and Lawrie. Toronto gets a potential top of the rotation starter in Jmac, a good #3 in Corbin, a nice 4th OF, a decent shortstop who could thrive out of Oakland, and a good reliever to shore up the bullpen.

Who hangs up the phone first?
