Heard 1 prospect #Yankees r getting back in AJ deal from #Pirates in RH rlvr Diego Moreno
Joel Sherman. That makes a lot of sense. Moreno has great stuff, but it's obvious the Pirates don't think too highly of him, given the way they've avoided promoting him. The Pirates also suspended him for disciplinary reasons in 2010 and left him exposed to the Rule 5 Draft in 2011. To the outsider, he appears to have upside; we'll see if the Pirates' opinion of him turns out to be correct.

Man, you're fast.
Yeah, that seems about right. For some reason it seems NH never really liked him, but he has pretty good stuff. IIRC he had some sort of disciplinary issue that got him demoted from AA to A+ at one point, right?
Sorry, didn't read your caption.
I basically repeated everything you said.
I added it after the original post, so I think you actually beat me to that part of it.

Moreno
Ha! I bet those three or five other teams (plus the mystery team) are just kicking themselves now!
Considering Moreno’s age and the trouble he’s had getting past class A, I don’t see this costing me any sleep tonight. He’s exactly the sort of guy you use in a deal like this.
Occupy MLB! Down with Seligula!
Hey...
Didn’t Moreno make the final out in the 1979 World Series? Or am I thinking of someone else?
