I laughed. Those of you who are on Twitter will understand this well.

Heh.
The year I covered spring training for two weeks, the only thing of remotely any importance whatsoever that happened was Enrique Romo did a “Waiting for Godot” thing and never showed up. So really, the only thing of importance that happened was that something didn’t happen.
Oh, and I saw Warren Zevon solo at Tampa Theater.

“banal, meaningless tweets and photos.”
That’s redundant, isn’t it?

May God
It’s true
Players who should be in the Hall of Fame: Pat TIllman, Dwight White, Donnie Shell, L.C. Greenwood, Ray Guy, Steve Tasker, Greg Lloyd, Andy Russell, Cris Carter, Kevin Greene, Andre Reed and Jerry Kramer
"Clemson should've stopped turning the ball over" Dana Holgorsen when asked about running up the score in the Orange Bowl
Laughed out loud in my psych class
People are staring.

Is that Dunkin Doumit?
Is that Dunkin Doumit in a pirates ST uni in the header picture? I’m pretty sure the Twins ST colors are not black and gold. Wonder how many inane tweets Dunkin Doumit has caused.
Was the Bucs Dugout
blackout this weekend part of this experiment? If you found yourself repeatedly refreshing the page to find something other than Jack Wilson’s injury status, is that a sign that you are too desparate for baseball to begin?
Welcome to the new dark ages.....
On a related note...
I love today’s headline in the P-G: Kevin Correia Aspires to be the Best.
My God, I can not wait for the start of inconsequential baseball games on Saturday. It is so slow that this morning for the first time I can recall I heard a Pittsburgh sports radio report include a soundbite from NASCAR. Usually the Daytona 500 gets a 1 sentence mention of the winner… 2 sentences if there was something remarkable. This mornign it was half the update on The Fan and ’DVE was talking about it simply because there is nothing of interest in Pittsburgh sports right now.
Good day.
Actually,
that’s not what it says on the website. It says:
Correia aspires to the best
Well, don’t we all? I’d like the best beer, the best hamburger …
He just has a little more money to actually acquire the best than I do.
BEING the best, that’s something altogether different.
I wonder if he knows that he won't make the rotation unless Morton is injured.
Should the Pirates keep Neal Huntington?
