H2H points league. Many owners are commentors at BD so I thought I'd publish and we could get some unbiased feedback. If McCutchen tears a knee or gets hit in the face and misses the season, you can blame Shleprock here, as I'm the Mushrooms. I might have jinxed up Cutch and Stanton real good (Stanton was already hurt, this was just another pin in the voodoo doll). My personal jinx history from BD-based leagues (2005 Honest Wagner-based):
I drafted Heyward and Werth last year and they both tanked, with Heyward being hurt too.
I drafted Kendrys Morales in 2010, he's never recovered.
I drafted McLouth in the 3rd round in 2009 and he regressed and got traded.
BJ Upton was on the cusp of superstardom until I took him in the first round in 2008.
In 2007 my top 3 draftees were Jason Bay (.182(!) drop in OPS from 2006, knee issues), Garrett Atkins (.112 point drop in OPS, career-ending jinx), Adam Laroche (.112 drop in OPS).
In 2006, most of my draftees managed to stay alive and productive. This is the exception.
In 2005 I drafted Bonds and Craig Wilson and they combined to play 73 games.
