The Astros come into town on May 11. Between now and then the Bucs have 2 more @ SF, 3 @ Arizona, 3 vs. the Cards, 3 vs. the Rockies, 4 @ the Braves, 3 @ the Cards, 3 vs. the Reds, and 3 vs. the Nats. Depending on the weather, they will have played 30 games when the Astros get here. Every series before the Astros are against teams with at least semi-realistic playoff hopes. Now I understand that we are only 7 games into the season, but if the offense does not wake up soon the Pirates could be in a deep hole by May 11.
