Greater minds then me exist on this site. Minds that know the game of baseball, both from a natural playing standpoint, and an analytical standpoint. Harrison is killing it right now. Yes, I know there has been a world of SSS anomalies in baseball history, so that is why I am trying to figure out what Josh is--an anomaly or somewhat for real. The walk rate isn't there and we know that. It probably never will be. But what we also know is that Josh can make some contact. He can put a nice swing on a ball. Whenever he walks to the plate, if its ending in an out, I know its either going to be a strikeout or a loud out--no feeble grounders to the pitcher or pop ups to second base. The point is, the guy is quite good at making contact if he's not swinging at bad pitches. So with that said, what are your thoughts on him? Is he someone you want to see remain in the lineup for the long term, or just a guy you hope we can snatch lighting in a bottle for a quick spurt? I have no particular side to the argument, but I am curious to know others.
