With his June 1st opt-out coming up fast, what does everyone here think will happen? I personally want to see Morales as the backup for a while because it should allow us to rest Barajas more and still have some offense. Will the Pirates take the chance of sending a popular player in McKenry down to the minors for a while? I personally dont see what there is to lose (except Morales of course). Maybe I'm being a homer but a switch-hitting catcher that hits for average and decent OBP would seem to have a spot on this team.

Curious to see that Indy has 3 catchers on the roster now too (Fryer, Watts, and Morales)
