I know there are a million ways for our offense to be 'fixed' and this one has been discussed before, but without trading Hanrahan there arent a whole lot of ways to obtain a possible impact bat. Now i admit , all that i know about Robinson is from scouting reports and numbers but i would think a lefty power hitter with a history of plate discipline would play very well at PNC and in our lineup, especially behind Pedro. I hear he is not the swiftest of runners and his glove is suspect , but then again, isnt GJones? Now i know that we may only be replacing Jones obp for a better one at the least so is the the end all fix? probably not..but is it worth trading a Presley and/or Locke to find out? not sure but i'm leaning toward yes. KC can use alot of help in cf or platooning with Francoeur and lord knows their pitching is suspect. Hosmer and Butler arent going anywhere soon, although if one could pry Butler (Marte) that would be nice too. Interested to hear what everyone thinks!
