The Cardinals made a couple roster moves this morning, sending down Eduardo Sanchez and Sam Freeman, who both pitched last night, and promoting Maikel Cleto and Barret Browning.
After pitching three innings last night, Brad Lincoln will not pitch today or tomorrow.
