Cabrera gave up the game's only two runs on six hits and two walks, while fanning two. Chase d'Arnaud and Tony Sanchez had singles for the only two Indian hits.

-P- Altoona didn't do any better, getting only three singles in a 3-0 loss to Akron. Kyle McPherson had an OK start, allowing three runs on eight hits and a walk in six innings. He struck out seven. Nate Baker followed with two scoreless innings, fanning three. Baker has a 2.04 ERA and dramatically improved peripheral numbers since moving to relief. Adalberto Santos went 1-2 with two walks. Brock Holt and Ramon Cabrera had the other hits.
