Both these teams rely a lot on one guy. So much as to where it begs the question, why pitch to them? Taking away the obvious backlash it would create by fans of both teams, who would you favor in a game where both Cutch and Braun get continuously walked?

In other words, would you pitch around Braun, if it means that most likely Milwaukee will return the favor and pitch around Cutch? I know I'm not the only one who screamed out 'why pitch to him?!" all game last night.

Again, we're talking pure strategy here, I know that no one actually wants to see baseball turned into this.
