Toronto has buried him and needs starting pitching. Look how young he is. He was a top 10 prospect just in 2009. He missed a lot of 2010 and didn't have the HR power of previous years in 2011. That could be injury-related though.
Let's try to get him. What would Toronto want? I have no idea. They need SP's now. Offer either Owens or Locke (someone they can plug in the rotation right away and has a possible future) and a second mid-level prospect.
He'll be a lot cheaper than Upton and could be a long-term fixture.
