Chris Leroux, Doug Slaten Clear Waivers

I missed this yesterday, but MLB Trade Rumors caught it for me. Chris Leroux and Doug Slaten have both cleared waivers and been sent to Class AAA, so they're both still in the Pirates organization. That's good news, and it ends the Chris Leroux roster drama. It surprises me a little that Leroux would sneak through, especially after the inferior Danny Moskos got claimed, since Leroux was very good last year, and this is a time of year when good relievers are in high demand. But maybe other teams saw his rehab outings and weren't impressed.
