#Pirates INF prospect Alex Dickerson (3rd round 2011) named player of year in High-A Florida State League

A nice honor for Dickerson, the Pirates third-round pick in the 2011 draft. In 124 games so far this year he has posted a line of .299/.358/.454. He has 31 doubles, 12 HRs, 88 RBI and 39 BB and 89 Ks in 471 at bats.
