Tim writes that State College GM Jason Dambach says he never demanded anything about pitch counts or other player-development issues. Rob Biertempfel originally wrote that the Pirates did not answer communications from the Spikes about pitch counts or innings limits, but now he seems to have changed his post so that it no longer mentions those things.
