These moves really do have an arbitrary quality, don't they? Jeff Clement is back with the team. Oscar Tejeda has been designated for assignment. It didn't make a whole lot of sense that he was on the 40-man roster in the first place, and now he's gone from the 40-man after posting a .656 OPS in Altoona.
