Oscar Tejeda Stays With Pirates

The Pirates designated minor-league infielder Oscar Tejeda for assignment a little while ago, but the Bucs just outrighted him to the minors, so he's staying with the organization. He's had a hard time turning his athleticism into performance. I'm not sure when he'll become a minor-league free agent, but it should be soon.
