I think this would be a fun mental exercise to get us to think about all the players who have moved through the Pirates organization, their value, and trades and other moves the Pirates have made...

Imagine you could put together a 25-man roster for the Pirates for this upcoming season with the only restriction being that the players on the roster are active MLB players and that they have at some point been (or currently are) in the Pirates organization. Who would you put on the team? How good would they be?

This is my first real post on here... I've commented a couple of times, but never started a convo. I hope I have done things well and asked a question others find interesting...
