Hey Bucs Dugout, I'm Tyler Bleszinski and I happen to be the founder of SB Nation/Vox Media. I've been chatting with several bloggers including the esteemed Charlie Wilmoth who runs this great community.
I wanted to stop in and just see if I could ask you guys for some constructive feedback on our new platform. Most communities have loved the recent updates to our platform and the feedback we've received is basically, "Thanks for listening, this is exactly what we were looking for." We have a product team that is dedicated to that sole purpose of trying to improve your experience and make our sites run as fast and as smoothly as possible while being incredibly easy to navigate. We understand that the first iteration of United wasn't as warmly received because it was a radical change and didn't emphasize the community as it should've.
Our product team was outstanding at collecting all that feedback from many different voices across our 300 plus sites and came up with this latest iteration that was aimed directly at that criticism. But I've heard and seen that you aren't happy with the changes. So I want to give you an open forum here to be able to essentially jump in and give us some constructive feedback on it. Tell us what you don't like and why (please add the why) and if you're so inclined, suggestions for improvement. We pride ourselves on listening and being responsive. We thrive on great communities and community involvement and it's essentially in the core of what we do.
So please feel free to let us (our product team will be jumping into the comments to address any concerns and/or thoughts you have) know how you feel. I'm eager to understand any angst you have over the new Bucs Dugout. Thanks for your time and attention. And speaking as an A's fan, I'm sorry that we took the Astros out of your division so you couldn't beat up on them any more.
