He has Colin Moran, a lefthanded-hitting 3B from UNC, going to the Pirates at #9 and Oscar Mercado, a HS SS from Florida, at #14. About Moran: "With the polished North Carolina corner infielder as close to the majors as anyone in the college ranks, he could make it to the majors in the same window as their big arms to add some offense for a young, up-and-coming team."
