Pirates Make a Move

I'm not sure why this hasn't been posted on here or on mlb trade rumors yet, but apparently the Pirates have made their first move. They signed RHP Edinson Volquez, who has struggled the past couple years and looks to be another reclamation project for Ray Searage and Company. Volquez is still relatively young, and it's just a one-year deal, so we'll how it plays out. I'm not really sure if this says anything about what's going on with A.J., but it seems like a lot of money for a reclamation project.

Here's the link: http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/12/11/pirates-sign-edinson-volquez-for-5-million/

Hopefully, the next move will be to sign or trade for a first baseman.
