Neal Huntington says the Pirates are "leaning toward staying in-house" in right field, Rob Biertempfel writes. This isn't a shock -- Jose Tabata played fairly well last year, and the Pirates have a fair number of alternatives in Jaff Decker, Andrew Lambo and Travis Snider. And then there's Gregory Polanco, who could be ready by the summer. That's not ideal, but if you're not the Yankees, it's not that easy to upgrade a position when the options on hand aren't that bad to begin with. First base is a different story, and we'll almost certainly see the Pirates do something there.
