Keep Calm The Bucs are Fine no need to Panic

Most good teams in the majors go through spells where things don't go their way and their fans can think nothing of it; but not the Pirates fans. The Pirates have lost two straight series and I wouldn't be surprised if they loose this current series to the A's. Because of this, many Pittsburgh fans are beginning to worry about an early collapse. Even though the bucs are still 18 games above .500, flashbacks are beginning to play in fans heads of the heartbreak from the last two collapses. Me personally I am not worried, Keep Calm and here's why:

All teams go through a rough stretch. The Pirates bats seem cold and have been for much of the season and quite frankly this can't last all year. Andrew McCutchen is so far having a down year compared to last year. I'm noticing that a lot of Andrew McCutchen's fly outs are being hit so hard but not quite getting out of the park. This is the same man who hit 31 homers last year after going homerless in his first 25 games, they will begin to leave the park. I'm glad they're going through this slump before the All-Star break than after, maybe the curse of the All-Star game from the last two seasons can be reversed. After two years of failing miserably, and abysmally, the Pirates know what it takes not fail again. The third time is a charm. So keep calm bucco fans, you can't win them all.
