Bucs Dugout Community Prospect #4

Tyler Glasnow is the Bucs #3 prospect after getting 57% of the vote. Meadows had a decent showing but I thought he'd get a few more votes. Still, it's not all that surprising after Glasnow's incredible season in 2013. It's been said over and over, but Glasnow had the fewest H/9 in all of minor league baseball last year and struck out the highest percentage of opposing hitter in this millennium. He'll open the year in High-A and will (hopefully) finish the year in AA...and he's just our 3rd best prospect. It's a good time to be a Pirates fan, fellas!

As requested, I will be adding Nick Kingham to the poll this round but if you want to vote for somebody else, you can do so in the comments. As always, there will be a section in the comments where you can still do +1 for "write ins." I'll count up the votes for any omitted player just to make sure we get the winners in the right spots. I'm thinking that I'll start off with 5 guys per poll but as we get deeper into the list we can expand it if there are lots of guys getting votes.

In the comment section, I'll put up a spot for other votes, testers and (most importantly) community discussion. I'd like to get at least 30 guys on the list but would be willing to stretch it out as long as there seems to be some interest. There was some good discussion last time and I think it will get even better as we get into more hotly contested spots. So far we have:

1. Gregory Polanco

2. Jameson Taillon

3. Tyler Glasnow
