72 Tootblans

That's how many the Bucs had last year, per the Tootblan Tracker, tied for 5th in MLB. I follow the site on Twitter, so noticed a bit of activity on it recently, after it was dormant since before the season ended last year. One Tweet asked for suggestions for improving the data tracking, and I suggested they explicitly track contact plays, both successes and failures. Not sure if they will make the database change or start tracking successful running plays (although they record all non-forced outs at home, including the number of outs). Maybe if a few more BDers reinforce the great debate about the topic and offer to volunteer data, they will comply.
