Morel followed with a single that sent Polanco to third, but Morel got caught off first. Chris McGuiness flied out to end the game. Chris Dickerson went 2-5 with two doubles, Morel 2-5 with one double, and Nevin Ashley 2-4 with a double. Jaff Decker went 2-3 with a walk and his first HR. Starter Adam Wilk got pounded for seven runs in five and two-thirds innings. Andrew Lambo didn't play.
-- Altoona got six shutout innings from A.J. Morris (pictured) in a 6-1 win over Bowie. Morris allowed just two hits, walked none, and struck out five. Morris now has an ERA of 1.11. Gift Ngoepe and Alen Hanson each went 2-4 with a walk. Stetson Allie was 0-5 with two strikeouts.
-- Bradenton lost, 3-2, to Fort Myers. Glasnow gave up just two hits and a walk in five innings. The hits and the walk all came in the 1st, accounting for two runs. Glasnow gave up an unearned run in the 3rd on two errors. He fanned six. Jonathan Schwind went 3-4 with a double and Walker Gourley 2-4. Josh Bell went 0-4.
