Trades for future success

I would like to suggest that for this trade deadline, the Pirates stay put with the current club (minus maybe a RP) and look to fill the holes in their minor league system such as 1B. There are many minor league 1b stars in the making. Not sure what it would take to get them but here is my wish list in no particular order (all LH hitters):

Rowdy Tellez (19 yr. old, Toronto- hasn't shown much and has disappointed so far but very young and was prospected to have a good bat - APPY League);

A's have 2 -

Matt Olson 20 yr old HighA big power bat - strike outs may be an issue

Matt Muncy 23 yr old AA injured finger early season good bat;

Travis Snow 24 yr old AA Red Soxs - Napoli blocking

Dan Voglebach 21 yr old A+ Cubs - 250 lbs needs work fielding - Rizzo blocking

I am sure there are other areas of weakness in our minors such as 3B or SS that this could be looked at for the future. I am all for winning now, but really feel a long term commitment to winning will require deeper talent at especially the power positions. This could help at 1B, IMO
