I had great seats last night, first row behind the Pirates dugout, so I took a bunch of pictures and made a little highlights video. You can see the pictures in my album here.

The West Virginia Power won Minor League Baseball's Promo of the Month award for their "Redneck Night," which was held late last month. It certainly looks like they deserved it.

The pitcher in this video is Kyle Hansen, the younger brother of ex-Buc Craig Hansen and part of the 2012 draft class. Similar to his brother in many ways, Kyle is a 6'8" junior RHP from St. John's, who profiles as a fastball/slider reliever at the next level. The video's graphic touts him as a possible first-rounder, but I think the third round is a more realistic expectation for him.
