Osoria Called Up

Franquelis Osoria has been called up, and Jonah Bayliss has been sent back to Class AAA Indianapolis. Osoria over Bayliss makes sense, as Osoria has at least had a modest amount of success with Indianapolis (he had a 2.63 ERA, but with an unimpressive 33:19 K/BB ratio). However, it's weird that the Bucs didn't call up a position player - since exchanging Rajai Davis for Matt Morris on the roster, they haven't done anything about the fact that they only have 12 position players on the roster.
