Hayden Penn (0-0, 3.60) vs. Dave Williams (5-5, 3.75). Penn is a very young righty who has zoomed through the minors, playing well there but not really dominating until this season, when we went berzerk on the AA Eastern League to start the year. Penn's fastball gets into the mid-90s, and he has solid off-speed and breaking pitches as well.
