According to Rotoworld, the Cardinals will sign Kip Wells. I don't have any information about how much money Wells will receive, but I'll post it when I find out.
UPDATE: It's one year, $4 million. I'm probably riding on the "Kip Wells Has Upside" bandwagon far too long, but I think that's a pretty good deal for the Cards.
