ESPN's Page 2 wants to know. I can't really be objective about this, except to say that a lot of ESPN's account of the Pirates' bad moves are spot-on, and they still miss out on a lot of important ones, like the pocketing of revenue-sharing money, the Bury Craig Wilson campaign, the Chris Young / Bronson Arroyo debacles (both have ERAs under 4 this year), and so on.
