Despite signing a contract with the Cleveland Indians this winter, Keith Foulke has retired. From 1999 to 2004 he was one of the best relievers in baseball, and he was sort of in that Trevor Hoffman class of dominating relievers who defy the stereotypes by not actually throwing hard, which is cool. So I'm sorry to see him go.
