Neal Huntington loves hard-throwing, wild pitchers when he can get them for free, so it's not surprising that Jorge Julio is back. The former Orioles closer pitched briefly for Indianapolis in 2009, then pitched in independent-league ball last year. UPDATE: Just noticed that Julio will not get an invite to major-league Spring Training, so it doesn't appear they view him as much of a major-league option this year.
