Colin Dunlap tweets that Danny Moskos will be promoted while Evan Meek is on the DL, and that he will be on the roster tonight against the Rockies. I still don't have especially high hopes for Moskos, but he has pitched well so far this year (with seven strikeouts and one walk in 10.2 innings so far at Indianapolis). Small sample size, sure, and there's still the ugly line he posted at Indy last year, but if the Pirates think he's ready to come up for a couple weeks, I'm fine with that, especially given how good the rest of the bullpen has been - the Bucs won't need him to pitch high-leverage innings.

It's been a long road for Moskos, and getting the call has to feel like a redemption after years spent being the poster boy for the Pirates' drafting woes. Congratulations to him.
