I only caught the last few innings of this one, and caught the brutal Mike Crotta / Chris Resop meltdown. The less said about this one, the better, probably, except that Crotta's performance could turn out to be significant in the Jose Ascanio decision, which is due today. Assuming the Bucs will place Ascanio on the roster, Crotta now looks like an even more likely candidate to be sent down.
Okay, one more thing: It's not often that the Pirates will get as good an offensive performance as the one Andrew McCutchen had and still lose in a blowout.
