I'm not sure if everyone already knows about this and I just missed it somehow, but Jonathan Mayo's 2011 Prospect Watch site at MLB.com is really cool. There are scouting reports on the top 50 draft prospects to go along with video of a lot of them, and there are also scouting reports and a lot of video of the top 10 prospects already with each organization. He has Gerrit Cole ranked as the No. 1 prospect in the draft, followed by Anthony Rendon, Danny Hultzen, Dylan Bundy and Bubba Starling.
