Pirates Vs. Giants, 13 April 2012

Happy Friday the 13th. The Bucs move north from LA to SF today for their third and final home opener of the season. New stadium, new lineup. I imagine until we see some production, Clint is going to continue to tinker. The interesting moves today? Josh Harrison gets the start at shortstop, Garrett Jones makes a start in right field and Neil Walker moves up into the two hole. Let's hope the Pirates can improve upon the 27Ks, 2BBs and 4Rs they produced in LA. Here's the Pirates lineup:

Alex Presley LF
Neil Walker 2B
Andrew McCutchen CF
Casey McGehee 1B
Garrett Jones RF
Rod Barajas C
Pedro Alvarez 3B
Josh Harrison SS
James McDonald P

The Pirates will face Matt Cain, who is now the highest-paid RHP in history. They won't face Brian Wilson who manager Bruce Bochy said will get the day off after pitching the last two nights. Brandon Belt also sits for the Giants for the fourth game in a row.

-P- Charlie Morton will be activated from the DL sometime after today's game and one of Matt Hague, Josh Harrison and Yamaico Navarro is most-likely to be sent to Indy. I find Harrison's start today at SS more interesting than usual due to that.
